25 Pudding Club Meetings !

Audrey and Mike Haskell have attended an amazing 25 Pudding Club meetings. Their 25th attendance last Saturday February 20th coincides with The Pudding Club celebrating 25 years since it was first established in 1985. A double celebration!

Chief Pudding Club taster Simon Coombe presented Audrey with a bouquet of flowers and a silver picture frame in recognition of our oustanding achievement.

25 Year Presentation

Audrey as organiser for the Civil Service Sports Club has brought over 1250 guests to The Pudding Club over the last 13 years. This is quite an impressive achievement, particularly as Audrey is a diabetic! Chef always produces a special selection of diabetic puds for Audrey.

Win the Lottery at The Pudding Club!

Increase your chances of winning the lottery by attending The Pudding Club. Anne and Graham attended the Pudding Club meeting last Friday February 19th, and enjoyed indulging in 7 puddings. The next day whilst taking a bit of exercise they popped in to the Mickleton village store to buy a lottery ticket.

And Yes on checking Graham realised he had in fact 5 lucky numbers winning in excess of £2k!

Next time he will go for all 7 puddings and hope he gets 7 lucky numbers! Graham and Anne have promised to buy us all a drink on their next visit.

Meeting of the Pudding Club down under

Wayne Carlson from Oz was due to attend his first Pudding Club meeting last November, but lo and behold his flight from Sydney was cancelled at the last minute. Disaster! Wayne had waited 5 years to make this trip, so you can imagine his disappointment.

But to his suprise his family arranged a small Pudding Club Meeting on Christmas day including Christmas Pud. What a Christmas present! Wayne hopes to replan the trip for 2010, and experience 7 puddings at the Home of the Pudding Club. We will give him a heroes welcome.

More Pudding Lovers Tasting Puddings

Tom Timms Chef from The Home of The Pudding Club was off on his travels again last week. He was tempting customers at Waitrose in Crouch End North London with Sticky Toffee Pudding, Treacle Pudding and Ginger Syrup.

Perfect pudding weather ! with a real cold snap and snow on its way, the tasting was very popular. Pictured here are Benji and Ruth tucking in to some Pudding Club Puds.
