Tuesday 23rd December

Arrive today to start your relaxing Christmas break. Settle into your room and then make yourself comfortable by one of the open fires in the lounge and bar with tea and toasted teacakes.

Tonight’s dinner will feature a “Best of British” Menu including Foxcote Estate Pheasant, Bibury Trout, Hereford Sirloin, A Plate of Evesham Apple Desserts and Organic Cotswold Cheeses. This isn’t just food – this is Great Local Food!

Christmas Eve, Wednesday 24th December

Will you take the opportunity for last minute shopping in nearby Broadway or squeeze in a visit to the panto at the tiny theatre in Chipping Norton? If you are checking in today, arrive in time for afternoon tea and home–made cakes in the lounge.

This evening there will be Champagne and Canapés to savour and Carols to sing before dinner in the Restaurant when our pianist will play to entertain you. Afterwards you might want to attend Midnight Mass, and when you return we will be waiting by the fire with hot chocolate and warm mince pies.

Christmas Day, Thursday 25th December

Christmas Day at Three House Ways starts with a tempting Continental buffet breakfast of pastries, fresh fruit, yoghurts, cereals, cheeses, juices, croissants and much more.

Afterwards we are hoping for an important visitor who will bring presents for everyone – if he has any left! Before the Festive Lunch perhaps the village treasure hunt will stimulate your appetite. Otherwise, why not wrap up warm for a longer country walk? We can help you with directions and maps and fill your flasks. Take your time and return for a late lunch – you will deserve it.

Lunch itself is the main event of Christmas Day and Chef will be roasting some Prime Ribs of Beef as well as Award Winning Lower Clopton Farm Bronze Turkeys to make this a meal to remember.

This afternoon relax in comfy chair by the fire and Tea and Christmas Cake will be ready for you when you wake up. Tonight’s Buffet Supper offers a tempting selection of hot and cold dishes as we are sure you will still be peckish. During the meal you will be entertained by the talent of our caricaturist and you will be able to take home a special souvenir.

Boxing Day, Friday 26th December

After you have enjoyed your English breakfast you will meet our Guide, Maureen Sutherland who will take you for a country drive and an interesting stroll. We will meet up for a warming glass of apple punch and some Christmas biscuits before returning to the hotel in time for a light buffet lunch. During the afternoon the bustle of Stratford on Avon, the joys of Boxing Day horse racing or the charm of Broadway might tempt you.

This evening’s meal features the Traditional Puddings for which we are world famous, including Bread and Butter Pudding and the more unusual Lord Randalls – a unique combination of Marmalade and Apricots. This is a fun evening and you will have to follow the rules as you eat the Puds – and perhaps beat the record for the number of Puddings at one sitting! Afterwards the 2008 Quiz will test your memory of the year’s events.

Saturday 27th December

After breakfast some guests may be leaving but the weekend starts here so why not extend your stay and take advantage of the very special rates for an extra night or two.

Dinner tonight will be light and delicious, accompanied by the music of our pianist at the Baby Grand.

Prices are per guest and include meals, accommodation, entertainment as outlined, and VAT @17.5%.

We ask for a £100 deposit per guest at the time of booking to confirm your reservation. Full payment is then required by 1st November 2008. In the unfortunate circumstance of cancellation, deposits and pre-payments are non-refundable unless we are able to re let the room. We recommend that you take out Holiday Insurance.
