The Bramley Apple and Lemon Curd Pudding
A new recipe perfected by Pudding Club Chef Tom Timms. Try this delightfully tangy pudding, a light baked sponge topped with Bramley Apple and Lemon Curd. Great served with thick cream or a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
The Gooseberry and Elderflower Crumble
This wonderfully seasonal Pud is a great favourite at Pudding Club meetings. Gooseberries infused with elderflower and topped with a crunchy crumble. For the traditional Pudding Lover this must be served with Birds custard! But if the sun shines this summer try it with a big splodge of thick cream.
The Rhubarb and Ginger Pudding
We had to have a traditional steamed pudding in our summer pudding selection! Any pudding with Rhubarb in brings the biggest cheer at Pudding Club meetings. So we bring to you this fantastic moist sponge flecked with Stem Ginger and topped with pieces of Rhubarb, yummy served with pouring cream or lashings of custard.
The Treacle Pudding
Some people may know this as Syrup Sponge, Pudding Club Members call it “Pride of The Pudding Club”. This is the only Pudding Club Pudding to have been served at over 13000 feet above sea level. Treacle Pudding was` served at Annapurna Base Camp in the Himalayas November 2nd 2008. So little oxygen but plenty of Custard!
The Sticky Toffee Pudding
This stupendously sticky Sticky Toffee Pudding has been the star of Pudding Club Meetings all over the world, New York, Dublin, London, Osaka, Tokyo and Mickleton. The most voted for Pudding of all time!
A delicious date enriched dark sponge topped with the most fabulous Sticky Toffee Sauce.
The Ginger Syrup Pudding
This Pudding is currently the most popular pudding voted “Top of the Puds” at 23 meetings in the last 12 months. A wonderful light ginger sponge pudding soaked with golden syrup and topped with chopped stem ginger. How do you like yours served with Traditional Custard, Whipped Cream or Vanilla Ice Cream?
